This solar-centric company was founded by Mr. Vaibhav Agarwal, who comes with more than twenty years of cumulative experience. He is a dynamic driver of business growth, a result-oriented entrepreneur, and an innovative solutions provider. He strongly believes in the potential of any start-up firm and foresees what he could contribute in any possible way. Vaibz has developed a name for shrewd negotiation skills however one who believes in collaborative leadership.

Workplace OH&S Policy
LR Energy recognises the importance of a healthy and safe workplace, the protection and productivity of its stakeholders, and as a principle of business sustainability. LR energy has an obligation under the Workplace Health & Safety Act 1995 to ensure the workplace health and safety of each of its employees, and to ensure that other persons (such as visitors and contractors) are not exposed to risks to their health and safety arising out of LR Energy’s activities. The Occupational Health and Safety Policy applies to all staff, contractors, visitors, and workplaces of LR Energy. The Occupational Health and Safety Manual is included as part of this policy manual which includes incident report forms, safety procedures, hazard analysis procedures and forms and information on what to do in case of an accident.
